Matrix Heat Pump Water Heaters use up to 70% less electricity than conventional electric water heaters. With a COP (Coefficient of Performance) of 4.40, they produce 4.40 units of heat energy for every 1 unit of electricity consumed, saving you approximately ₹10,000+ per year.
Yes. The Omega MAX 8 features Duronox technology — a specially treated high-grade stainless steel inner tank that withstands hard water. The Magnesium Anode further protects against corrosion. This makes it ideal for areas with hard or high TDS water.
Domestic solar and electric geysers are typically installed within the same day (3–5 hours). Domestic heat pumps take 1–2 days. Commercial heat pumps may take 2–5 days depending on scale and site readiness. All installations are done by our authorised service engineers.
The payback period for a domestic heat pump is typically 2–3 years. For commercial heat pumps, it can be even shorter (1.5–2.5 years) due to higher consumption volumes. After the payback period, all savings are pure profit for the customer.

Our domestic heat pumps use R134A (200L model) and R410A (300L & 500L models). Commercial models use R410A. All refrigerants are CFC-free, environmentally friendly, and compliant with international standards. Commercial units also use the eco-friendly R417A refrigerant.
Yes. The domestic heat pump operates between -7°C to 43°C (200L model) and -15°C to 43°C (300L & 500L models). Commercial models like HPWH 12SP and above work in ambient temperatures as low as -15°C, making them suitable for most Indian climates including hilly regions.
No government clearance is required for heat pump installation and usage. This is a key advantage over other heating systems like boilers. Commercial users can also claim depreciation benefits under the Income Tax Act of India.
Warranties vary by product: Solar (Inner Container: 5 yrs, Collector Copper: 5 yrs, Aluminium: 7 yrs), Domestic Heat Pump (Inner Tank: 5 yrs, Compressor: 5 yrs, Product: 2 yrs), Electric Geyser (Tank: 7 yrs, Element: 3 yrs, Product: 2 yrs).
